At Mud on My Hands, the environment is of the utmost importance. Careful consideration and sourcing has gone into our packaging, using the highest quality recyclable and biodegradable products making them eco-friendly.

In doing this, we not only do our bit to help conserve our precious planet by supporting companies that make these products, but you can feel good too knowing that you’ve helped by recycling, reusing where possible or composting.

Our Packaging Choices

  • Packing Boxes

    All boxes are plain recyclable boxes. No glues or surface protectants are used.

  • Biofil Peanuts

    Biofil is a loose-fill packaging material. It is made from corn starch making it 100% biodegradable, compostable and water soluble.

  • Paper & Stickers

    All paper used is FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Certified - meaning that all the paper is sourced from sustainable and responsible foresting practices. The paper is acid-free as well as lignin and sulphur free. All inks are soy based.

  • Mailers

    The mailers used are plant-based, durable and 100% compostable. The break down within 90 days in a commercial composting environment or 180 days in a domestic compost, including worm farm compost.
